Carving Pumpkins

Thankfully, Seth doesn't mind the mess so he took on the project of carving our pumpkin for Halloween. Katelyn absolutely loved getting into the mess with him. Just what an 18 month old loves to tear into! After carving the pumpkin, we cooked the seeds for a treat. They were so yummy!
