The kids woke up early to see that Santa had stopped by our house! After pretty much looking over everything, Katelyn decided to tear into her stocking. She had a blast this year and so did we! This was really the first year that she really got into Christmas and was asking tons of questions about Santa. It was just priceless to see the look on her face and to see her reaction to everything. I wasn't feeling too great so Carson and I hung out on the couch and enjoyed the show. Needless to say, the pictures weren't that great since Seth had the video camera.

After we opened Santa gifts, we headed over to my parents house to celebrate a little more in our pjs. My parents always cook up an amazing spread of brunch type foods. We had a special treat this year....Santa came to visit the kids. Santa (a.k.a. the BEST uncle Jeremey the kids could ask for!!!) rang the door bell and totally surprised all three little ones. We could not believe that we pulled it off! It was priceless....a memory that will never be forgotten! The kids asked all kinds of questions and Santa was quick on his toes to provide answers. And to top the morning off, the snow started falling at my parents house. They live up on Red Mountain and it seriously snowed inches while we were there.

After brunch, we headed back home to enjoy playing with our new toys and I cooked up a yummy Christmas dinner, another tradition that our family has recently started. I had a Thanksgiving type spread and we enjoyed it with my parents, grandmother and my sister's family. It was a perfect Christmas with a snow that will never be forgotten!
